Vocht Silicone Creme

MOISTURE SILICONE CREAM is a high-quality water-repellent cream specifically developed for the long-lasting protection of mineral facades. Thanks to its unique silane and siloxane formula, the cream penetrates deeply into the substrate and provides long-lasting protection against moisture, dirt, and weathering. MOISTURE SILICONE CREAM preserves the breathability of the facade and prevents damage from frost and salt efflorescence.

• Water-repellent and forms an invisible barrier against moisture.
• Water-vapour permeable, allowing the substrate to continue breathing and limiting condensation.
• Penetrates 5 to 10 mm into the substrate.
• UV-resistant with long-term colour stability.
• Easy to apply in one coat by brush, roller or airless spray.
• Recoatable after 8 hours and within 36 hours.
• Provides more than 15 years of protection.
• Repels dirt and algae and therefore helps reduce maintenance.
• Helps preserve the insulating properties of the façade by reducing moisture absorption.
• Helps prevent frost damage.

Vocht Silicone Crème can be used on mineral facades and porous substrates such as brick, pavers, expanded clay, lime and cement renders, natural stone such as sandstone and other porous, absorbent building materials. Less suitable for sand-lime brick.
