In Sint-Martens-Leerne, this detached house was given a soft, warm, and timeless look with paint from Paintfactory. The house exudes tranquility without becoming boring. Natural materials, mineral textures, and warm beige tones together create an interior that immediately feels cozy.

Inside, Kalkverf in Graanbeige and Foie Grasbeige provides warmth, softness, and a beautifully coherent whole.

A timeless lime wash facade in Bloesemwit

The exterior facade was painted with Muur Buiten Kalei in the color Bloesemwit. This soft, light shade perfectly matches the rural appearance of the house and forms a beautiful whole with the woodwork and the green surroundings.

For the facade, two layers were applied: first a layer of Muur Buiten Kalei Grof, then a finish with Muur Buiten Kalei Fijn. This combination creates a natural, slightly nuanced texture. The facade therefore does not feel flat, but gets the typical mineral appearance that fits so beautifully with a house with character.

Bloesemwit keeps the whole fresh and bright, without becoming chilly. The result is a facade that looks calm, yet has a lot of depth and charm.

Entrance hall, kitchen, and living room in Kalkverf Graanbeige

Inside, a natural, mineral finish was chosen. The entrance hall, kitchen, and living room were fully painted with Kalkverf in the colour Graanbeige. By extending the same colour to walls and ceilings, the spaces flow nicely into each other, creating a soft, enveloping atmosphere.

Graanbeige is a warm, calm shade that perfectly matches the wooden kitchen, the light floor, and the black window frames. In the kitchen, the colour enhances the warm appearance of the wood, while in the living room it provides a serene and cozy base. Thanks to the Kalkverf, the colour gets extra nuance and depth, making the interior not look flat, but feel lively and natural.

The result is an open, harmonious whole that is contemporary, yet remains soft and homely.

Bathroom and bedrooms in Kalkverf Foie Grasbeige

For the bathroom and bedrooms, Kalkverf in the colour Foie Grasbeige was chosen. This shade is slightly deeper and warmer than Graanbeige and immediately brings a feeling of calm and security to the space.

In the bathroom, Foie Grasbeige creates a luxurious, almost spa-like atmosphere. The warm beige tone, the mineral texture of the Kalkverf, the wood, and the black faucets together form a stylish and natural whole. Because the sloping walls and ceilings were also painted with the same Kalkverf, the bathroom feels extra enveloping.

Foie Grasbeige also works particularly well in the bedroom. The colour is warm without becoming heavy and combines beautifully with wood, linen, light floors, and other natural materials. This creates a calm base in which you can truly relax.
