Pearls technology at Paintfactory: color precision for a new generation of projects

Since 1946, we at Paintfactory have been making quality paints. Today, we are taking a fundamental step forward in how we mix colors.

From June 2025, all our stores will be working with Vibrantz's Pearls technology: a system that uses dry, solid pigments instead of liquid color pastes. These are dispensed with extreme precision - without odor, without biocides, without diluting the paint.

What does that achieve?

✔ 100% water-based paints
✔ Perfect color matching between wall paint, lacquer and textured paint
✔ Better coverage, even with bright or difficult colors
✔ Long-lasting outdoor color fastness with stable mineral pigments
✔ Increased scrub resistance for dark colors
✔ Biocide-free, packaged with less waste

At the same time, we are also fully switching to 100% water-based paint. A conscious choice for a healthier, more environmentally friendly and technically stronger range.

Pearls is being rolled out internationally in countries including Germany and Italy. Paintfactory is the first Belgian retail chain to deploy the system on a large scale. Not a revolution, but a smart step forward.
